寡聚乳酸改性葡聚糖的合成及表征

设计了两种基于寡聚L-乳酸(OLL)改性葡聚糖的工艺路线:路线Ⅰ为OLL末端羟基活化后接枝葡聚糖;路线Ⅱ为在亲核试剂及偶合剂的存在下,OLL末端羧基接枝葡聚糖.研究表明,固定OLL与葡聚糖摩尔比,延长反应时间有利于提高路线Ⅰ的产品得率,而对路线Ⅱ中的产品得率几乎没有影响.1HNMR,IR,UV表征改性后产物显示OLL在葡聚糖上的接枝率(葡聚塘的100个葡萄糖单元上OLL的数目)可以通过调节反应物摩尔比得到有效的控制.     

Studies on thermal and morphological properties of 1,1-bis(3-methyl-4-cyanatophenyl)cyclohexane-epoxy-bismaleimide matrices

A new cyanate ester monomer, 1,1-bis(3-methyl-4-cyanatophenyl)cyclohexane has been synthesized and characterized. Epoxy modified with 4, 8 and 12% (by weight) of cyanate ester were made using epoxy resin and 1,1-bis(3-methyl-4-cyanatophenyl)cyclohexane and cured by using diaminodiphenylmethane. The cyanate ester modified epoxy matrix systems were further modified with 4, 8 and 12% (by weight) of bismaleimide (N,N′-bismaleimido-4,4′-diphenylmethane). The formation of oxazolidinone and isocyanurate during cure reaction of epoxy and cyanate ester blend was confirmed by IR spectral studies. Bismaleimide-cyanate ester-epoxy matrices were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and heat deflection temperature (HDT) analysis. Thermal studies indicate that the introduction of cyanate ester into epoxy resin improves the thermal degradation studies at the expense of glass transition temperature. Whereas the incorporation of bismaleimide into epoxy resin enhances the thermal properties according to its percentage content. However, the introduction of both cyanate ester and bismaleimide influences the thermal properties according to their percentage content. DSC thermogram of cyanate ester modified epoxy and bismaleimide modified epoxy show unimodel reaction exotherms. The thermal degradation temperature and heat distortion temperature of the cured bismaleimide modified epoxy and cyanate ester-epoxy systems increased with increasing bismaleimide content. The morphology of the bismaleimide modified epoxy and cyanate ester-epoxy systems were also studied by scanning electron microscopy. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

The chemical synthesis of a cyclic oligosaccharide derivative with branching

A cyclic oligosaccharide derivative was synthesized by cationic ring-opening polymerization of an anhydrodisaccharide derivative under high vacuum in dichloromethane with 20 mol% of PF₅ as initiator. Analysis of the spectral results showed that the oligomer chain is composed of only 3 glucose units connected by -1,6 linkages with a glucopyranosyl branching unit at C-4 of each sugar residue in the main chain.     

含环氧端基酚酞聚芳醚酮E-PEK的合成及表征

由酚酞和4,4′-二氯二苯酮经亲核缩聚制得了一系列不同分子量的含—OK端基的聚醚酮低聚物,将其与环氧氯丙烷反应得到了分子量为1000～8000的含环氧端基聚芳醚酮(E-PEK)。用IR和~1H NMR表征了E-PEK的分子链结构,测定了T_g、溶解性和熔融粘度。研究了E-PEK/DDE体系的固化,固化后树脂的T_(g∞)=183～215℃,与低聚物的初始分子量有关。

Solubilization and applications of single-walled carbon nanotubes into aqueous and organic media by the use of nanometer size-controlled fluoroalkyl end-capped oligomeric aggregates

We have studied on the solubilization of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SW-CNTs) into aqueous and organic media by the use of a variety of nanometer size-controlled fluorinated self-assemblies, which were formed by the aggregations of end-capped fluoroalkyl segments in fluoroalkyl end-capped acrylic acid oligomers [R_F-(ACA)_n-R_F], N,N-dimethylacrylamide oligomers [R_F-(DMAA)_n-R_F], acryloylmorpholine oligomers [R_F-(ACMO)_n-R_F], and N-(1,1-dimethyl-3-oxobutyl)acrylamide oligomers [R_F-(DOBAA)_n-R_F]. Fluorinated self assemblies formed in organic media (colorless solutions) could solubilize SW-CNTs into organic media to afford the transparent pale yellow solutions. The dynamic light scattering measurements showed that the size of fluorinated self-assemblies increased after the solubilization of SW-CNTs into organic media. It was suggested that the solubilization of SW-CNTs into organic media is due to the encapsulation of SW-CNTs into fluorinated assemblies. Fluorinated assemblies were also able to solubilize SW-CNTs into water to give the transparent gray solutions. Among a variety of fluorinated assemblies, fluorinated assemblies formed by R_F-(ACMO)_n-R_F [R_F = CF(CF₃)OC₆F₁₃] oligomer was more effective for the solubilization of SW-CNTs into both aqueous and organic media. Contact angle measurements of dodecane and the fluorescence spectra for poly(methyl methacrylate) cast film modified by fluorinated self-assemblies—SW-CNTs complexes showed that SW-CNTs are dispersed above the PMMA surface.     

双马来酰亚胺增韧研究Ⅱ.链扩展双马来酰亚胺及其树脂的合成及表征

合成了一系列结构不同和链长短不一的双马来酰亚胺，并对其结构和性能作了表征，同时研究了它们的固化反应和固化产物的性能。用双马来酰亚胺和二烯丙基化合物反应制造了增韧树脂，研究了该树脂的固化和热稳定性。     

SYNTHESIS OF ORGANOGERMANE OLIGOMERS VIA LIGAND SUBSTITUTION POLYMERIZATION FROM 1, 4-DIOXANE COMPLEX OF GERMANIUM DICHLORIDE

Some organogermanium oligomers with different side groups were synthesized via li-gand substitution polymerization from 1, 4-dioxane complex of germanium dichloride withdifferent organolithitum compounds. The oligomers were isolated through either precipi-tation from methanol or extraction using toluene with a yield of no less than 50%. Theweiglit average molecular weight (M_w) of the oligomers is ranging from 1.4×10~3 to 5.9×10~3depending on the type and alkyl length of the organolithium compounds used.     

液体色谱,凝胶色谱分析低聚芳砜及其双烯大分子单体

本文用液相色谱和凝胶色谱对双酚A、双酚S型低聚芳砜及α,ω-双甲基丙烯酸聚芳砜酯大分子单体进行了组分分析,通过改合成条件、测定数均分子量等辅助手段确定液相色谱各峰的归属,计算其分子量及分子量分布指数,并对两种方法测定的结果进行了比较。用液相色谱观察低聚体每个组分的含量及其反应过程中的消长情况比凝胶色谱清晰。
